The PP-1 is commonly used to control parking and emergency brakes. This valve is also used in conjunction with the TP-2 Tractor Protection valve in pre-121 single circuit tractor air systems.
Push-Pull control valves are most often mounted on the vehicle dashboard and are used for a variety of control applications. The PP-1 is pressure sensitive, normally closed, on/off control valve which automatically return to the exhaust (button out) position when supply pressure is below the required minimum.
